Our financial and securities services mainly include investment banking services (corporate finance advisory and equity capital market), brokerage services (securities trading and futures trading), securities financing, research and asset management.
Since our foundation in 2014, we have completed nearly 40 IPO sponsorship projects and participated in more than 100 equity capital market projects, have accumulated over 1000 brokerage clients and are operating one open-ended Cayman fund and two open-ended fund companies established and registered in Hong Kong, and approved by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC). With our successful track record, we were listed on the Stock Exchange on 14 September 2018 with a market capitalization of HK$720 million.
